The Founder and also the General Manager of KASWIRA INVESTMENTS LTD is Mr. Theophile HAVUMIRAGIRA, MSc. (Taxation) from INES-RUHENGERI, he holds also a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Rwanda (former UNR) with 17 years’ experience in taxation, management, accounting consulting services, is an independent Consultant acting as an accounting advisor expert and External Auditor to SACCOs certified by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) since 2011, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner by Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and a Tax advisor, certified by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) since 2015; he does consultancy services combined with technical assistance to several organizations both private and public. He used to work as Tax Officer and Senior Tax Officer in Rwanda Revenue Authority for more than 4 years; after that he joined an international company DAIHO CORPORATION, a Japanese company that constructed the One Stop Border Project (OSBP) Facilities for the benefit of the Republic of Rwanda and the United Republic of Tanzania, as an Administrator acting as finance and administration Officer for more than 2 years.
